You must own a share of the spring to receive water from it.

To receive any water from the spring you must currently own at least a share and have filled out and signed the appropriate share agreement.  The cost of the share is refundable in full should you decide you no longer wish to receive water from the spring.  Under the subscription agreements at the current rates, if you use all of your water each month, it will cost you 73 cents a gallon for the pure artesian spring water.

1 share subscription agreement =15 gallons a month

            One time refundable cost of $15.00 to purchase1 share.

            $11.00 monthly stewardship fee paid monthly for first three months.

            After three months, fee is paid quarterly in amount of $33.00.

            Entitles owner to receive up to 15 gallons a month (5 refills of 3 gallon bottle).

2 shares subscription agreement=30 gallons a month

            One time refundable cost of $30.00 to purchase 2 shares.

            $22.00 monthly stewardship fee paid monthly for first three months.

            After three months, fee is paid quarterly in amount of $66.00

Entitles owner to receive up to 30 gallons a month (10 refills of a 3 gallon container).

Share purchase agreement

            The share purchase agreement is set up primarily to enable those buyers from the internet who wish to purchase the water that has been concentrated through a series of magnetic vortex traps (ORMUS water).  Although it is also available to anyone else locally should they so desire.  Under the share purchase agreement, you pay a one time refundable fee of $5.00 to purchase the share and then pay the current per gallon rate for each gallon purchased (currently $1.37 per gallon).  The internet buyers who purchase the processed water are paying for all of the waste water that goes down the drain in order to obtain the concentrated (ORMUS) water.  All prices on the water processed through the magnetic vortex traps are clearly priced.

You must own your own 3 gallon polycarbonate bottles.

HappyHill SpringWorks will only deliver the 3 gallon polycarbonate bottles to a specified drop off/ pick up location agreed upon in the share agreement.  Your name and an identifying number linking you to a share will be on each bottle.  You may purchase your bottles from HappyHill SpringWorks (if in stock) or from another vendor.

The artesian spring water is delivered locally on a weekly basis.

HappyHill SpringWorks encourages people to treat their drinking water just like their fresh vegetables.   It is our belief that water is living and holds a special energy for 5 or 6 days after it is removed from the ground.  Only obtain the amount that you or your family might consume in a weeks time.  If at the end of the week any water is left over, pour it on your plants and bring your empty jug(s) back to be refilled with fresh artesian spring water.
